Bed them in Sarco as well. Makes a world of difference and deletes any air infiltration around the panes and rattling issues.

Saskatchewan and Manitoba are huge Flax producers up here.

I give Allback paint a big thumbs UP. Positive feedback for sure. It just takes education for the system to work...like ALL coating system ...

Dish Soap. Simple Dawn when it goes on sale. I buy it buy the case now for cleaning brushes and hands. I don't use varsol or any solvent, besides Turpentine, at all anymore.

Dynaflex 230 by Dap has a clear elastomeric caulking. It's an idea to try?

Just be aware that it is not easily reversible. It is a caulking after all.

For all of my windows I do an Oil Pre-Treatment.

75% Allback Boiled Linseed Oil
20% Turpentine
5% Zinc Oxide, Metallic Zinc, Zinc Napthenate & Borates

Saves big-time of having the 1st coa ...
