Some experience from recent epoxy repair where wood was badly damaged. Lower door frame, four positions. From outside wood was quite darkened, paint was scraped OK, without damage to the wood.

The link I posted, Kreidezeit, their base oil is a mix of linseed and tung oil. I was interested someone to comment on their ingredients.
