Any ideas on this. It was originally set up for coal but looks like there was a upgrade around 1910. The log has a hookup for gas and there is a line feeding up the bottom of the fireplace. Can I hookup and start it? Do i need to line my chimney? Most of the chimney guys that I have gotten an estimate don't seem to have a clue.
