Welcome to all window workers and other interested folks.

There are three events at the conference we are involved in:

1. Workshop. The full day window workshop on Wed. titled "Save Your Wood Windows", (this is presented and organized by John with as assistant)

2. Session. A 1-hour session on Thurs. titled "Windows: Small Shop Business". (this is presented by members of the Window Restoration Alliance, and is moderated and organized by John)

3. Demonstrations Demonstrations on the exhibit floor on all 3 conference days (all days? do we have a schedule yet?). This will be presented by Alliance members, with John's guidance on content, how to fit into the conference system.

My intent is to have all the planning done and documented here on the forum so it is easy for all of us to use and so others can review our plans and make approvals without my having to write up special reports. Please review the three Plan messages in this forum and post your thoughts, comments and results.
