The National Trust for Historic Preservation has announced a February 1, 2011 deadline for grant applications to support technical studies, historic structures reports, fundraising assistance, architectural/engineering plans, and other non-construction activities. Specific funding programs include Hart Family Fund for Small Towns, which assists towns with populations of fewer than 5000 people with preservation
and revitalization initiatives, Johanna Favrot Grants for preservation planning, and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Fund for Historic Interiors.
