Starting a new set for door stuff on my circa 1923 home. Front has foyer with interior and exterior doors. Interior has nice old bronze weatherstrip that works really well to keep out drafts. The exterior is a double door and for 2 years I have contemplated how to make it more weathertight. Bronze weatherstripping! Why didn't I think it would work? It works!
This is a lighter version that I found for a buck in the end run bin at Ace last year. A little trial and error with no instructions (the links to online instructions don't work anymore either). Of course the last piece is how I'd like it all to look but now I know how to do it and it works like a charm.

Lower piece is installed correctly, upper is backwards. Also lower piece set farther back which looks better. Next time I would not hammer nails all the way in until I was sure it was all correct, but I am still thrilled with it.
