Electrical in double wythe wall cavity

Another question I had on the double wythe wall is if it is safe to run romex inside the air cavity? Would it need to be inside a conduit, or is there not enough moisture present to cause any issues? Thank you!

The space between the wythes is usually designed to handle moisture, so it is usually not a good place to run electrical cables.
