Based on thirty-five year's experience working in building preservation, John Leeke, provides a step by step process for assessment, planning, maintaining, and evaluating historic buildings to help professionals, owners, and building managers or stewards. Maintenance is preservation. This session will show you why it is your best economic investment as well.

Steve Swiat is the owner of Northwood Restoration Shop which is located in Western New York. He specializes in restoration and replication of wood windows and other architectural wood components for homes and buildings. Steve comes to window restoration from a background in woodworking and cabinetmaking. He has been involved in window projects in New York, New England and Southern Ontario. He is a member of the Window Restoration Alliance.

Hi John,
I remember at the meeting for this class, you had mentioned that you might email out the forms at the back of the book ( I believe you said they were txt documents). I was wondering if I could get copies of them electronically for my records.
I really enjoyed the class!
